Basic Rules
Creatine and Chrome, You can take also any fat burner capsules (chrome and creatine are included.)
Exercises are helpful but not necessary. This is lazy diet. Effects should be seen after 24 hours.
No sugar, no sweetener. (that’s hard I know.)
If you love and need fruits eat them JUST in the in the late morning just 2 slices of apple or 3 strawberries for example.
If you are vegetarian you can replace every meat meal by soya and tofu products.
No cow milk, because of lactose (sugar.)
Good luck. It works amazing. Very fast. Be aware there will be visible weight loss for others, and they can confront you. (parents, family, friends for example.)

50 g Sliced cooked beef, no visible fat or tofu if vegetarian

For next 7 days You can increase your menu 1 meal more. It Can be lean meat, fish, 10g peanut butter. Anything low carbohydrates less than 10g in 100 ml/ or grams.
Next week 8 meals a day, but do not cross 25g of carbohydrates, and you are allowed to have a medium sweet 10g of chocolate (Saintsbury’s) or 2 rich tea biscuit (5g carb each)
Fizzy (soda pop style) drinks are not allowed during the course of this diet.
