Ana Boot Camp (ABC) diet is a very rigorous and long-term diet plan lasting 50 days, including several fasting days. It is good for those who want a challenge or who do best under very rigid guidelines. Bad for those used to a high intake (over 600 calories) or who have an active social life involving meals out since even the lightest restaurant meal will usually surpass the allowed quota.

Fun fact: The ABC (Ana Boot Camp) diet was created by a website and forum called Ana Boot Camp. When you joined the forum you received a copy of the diet and agreed to go on it. At first you had access to one area only and once you completed the diet then you got access to the rest of the forum. That is where and how this diet came to be.
