This is based on the Lifetime movie Starving in Suburbia.
Day 1-5: Reduce bad foods, eat only pure produce, veggies, grains. 850 calorie maximum. 30 minutes stretching, 1 hour exercise a day (dance or cardio is best)
Day 6: Have 3 bites of one cheat - treat item as a reward (bagel, muffin, etc)
Day 7-14: 500 calories. Count every single calorie. no binging or purging. 30 minutes stretching, 2 hours exercise a day (at least 30 minutes running, 1 hour dance or cardio is best, add weights and or toning)
Day 15-22: 200 calories.
Day 23: You can have one indulgence up to 500 calories, whether it be an alcoholic drink or fatty snack. Don't be like her in the movie, have something that is indulgent but won't be a total regret. Keep up your exercise.
Day 24-30: 0 calorie fast. Must do at least 3 days, can continue the fast up to a week.
