Popped on here to say I'm 61kg. , 60 on a good day. I've had bulimia since I was 15. I know there are people who get better. There are 12 step groups for every kind of malady. If you've had enough.
I can't promise life will get better but I can promise that you will. I was 15 when I got on here. My story isn't looking to good and if I help one person with this, Then my life was worth it. The number on the scale is empty. It can't hug you when you cry at night. It can't cheer you on when you get an achievement. It can't tell you your personality. Outside of it just being a number, it's useless.
Ohhh and that voice. Fight her. Tell your therapist about her. She wants you dead. She doesn't even have a body to exist in or a life of her own, let alone a family. She can never teach you what love, success or happiness is. She has never experienced the faintest happiness. The more you give her, the more she'll want. I've gone down but lost many teeth along the way too. Mia/Ana did not protect me from that.
I had to drop out of school. A few ana's and Mia's had to. Is that what you really want sweetheart? You are more than your weight. See a dietician. Go to support groups, this is passive suicide and I pray that you choose to live. |
